At the Falls Villa (Grand Falls Manor), April 16, 2018, Mrs. Pauline Bernier of Grand Falls passed away at the age of 84 years. She was the widow of Nelson Bernier who passed away in 2017. Born at Drummond in 1933, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Almida (Pelletier) Langlais.
She is survived by three children, Colombe Bernier and Anne McCarthy (Robert) of Grand Falls and Nelson Jr. (Line Poitras) of Saint-Andre, son-in-law, Bruce Doiron of Lincoln, eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren plus one on the way, brothers and sister, Guil and Bill Langlais of Montreal, Norma Bourgoin (late Victor), Ghislain Langlais (Edna Roberge) and Jean-Louis Langlais, all of Grand Falls, sister-in-law, Liette Godbout of Montreal, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two daughters in 2017, Pierrette Bloom and Guilda Bernier-Doiron, and a brother, Francis Langlais.
Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours on Friday from 9 to 11 a.m.
Her funeral service will be held Friday, April 20th at 11 a.m. from the St-Georges Roman Catholic Church, Grand Falls with interment in the Assumption parish cemetery.
