It is with heavy hearts that we share with you the departure of our beloved mother, Lucille Pelletier (née Desjardins), which occurred on June 8, 2024 at the age of 86, surrounded by the love of her family. She was the wife of the late Guildor Pelletier, daughter of the late Lucien Desjardins and the late Blanche Cyr.
Guildor and Lucille
will have been the most beautiful model of love for their children.
The kind of couple who look into each other's eyes with a perpetual
star. Lovers who have gone through trials and weathered many storms.
They experienced 42 years of love, complicity, tenderness,
recognition, dedication, attention and an infectious
smile.
She leaves to mourn 7
children, Louis (Diane Moreau) of New Denmark, Aline (Gilles Beaulieu)
of Drummond, Jean-Eudes (France Moreau) of New Denmark, Nicole (Claude
Breton) of Beresford, Jeannine (Lorne Vienneau) of Bathurst, Monique
(Maurice LeBlond) of Drummond and Ginette (Carolle Couturier) of Grand
Falls. 13 grandchildren, Jacques (Laura), Renée, Dominique
(Line), Carole (Jean), Sylvie (René), Denise (Mike), Lynn
(Patrick), Jessica (Gino), Casey (Llyod), Renée,
Stéphanie (Patrick), André and Marc (Janick), 18
great-grandchildren, Bailey, Zoë, Tyler, Nathan, Kole, Fiona,
Joel, Mathieu, Olivia, Daphnée, Anabelle, Carolyn, Lucas,
Ethan, Coralie, Maxime, Jax, Clara and a great-great-granddaughter
Willow.
She also leaves a
brother Gérald Desjardins (Carmella) and sister Diana
Beatty (late Warner) of Niagara, Falls and sisters-in-law:
Rhéa Pelletier (Campbelton), Sister Jeannine Pelletier fma
(Campbellton), Laurette Durepos (Paul) of Grand- Sault, Anne Pelletier
(late Gérard) Villa des chutes and Claire Pelletier
(Valdor) Villa des chutes.
She was predeceased by
a granddaughter Mikèle LeBlond and a great-grandson
Cory-Lou and a sister Jeannette Thornton of Mississauga, Ontario.
A beautiful big
family. A close-knit family where taking care of others on a daily
basis is a priority that stems from the values
she left us.
The family will
welcome relatives and friends at the Guy O'Regan Funeral Home, 515
Everard-Daigle Blvd. in Grand Falls. Visiting hours will be Monday,
June 17 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. A Liturgy of the Word Celebration will

donations be made to the Grand Falls Regional Food Bank, the
Foundation of the Friends of the Grand Falls General Hospital or the
Falls Villa Memorial Fund would be appreciated.
